About Little Lantern Studio

Little Lantern Studio was born from two years of waiting.

Jewel is a teenager who spent two years on dialysis, waiting for a kidney transplant. In the quiet hours between appointments, between hope and uncertainty, she turned to art. She drew plague doctors with lanterns. Figures in the dark, carrying light.

Because that's what she saw around her — the doctors and nurses who showed up every single day and became the light in some of the hardest moments of her life.

Jewel is resilient, kind, and deeply loving. Her art is a reflection of that time — of dark humor, of finding beauty in the strange and the difficult, of choosing to create even when life felt heavy. She wants to share her story with anyone who needs a little encouragement, anyone who has ever sat in the dark and needed to be reminded that light exists.

Every design carries a piece of that story. Every lantern means something.

When you wear a Little Lantern Studio tee, you're carrying a little of that light too.
